Florence Central Station is a 15-minute walk or quick tram ride. Cars are unnecessary - no parking is available and the entire city centre is walkable. Surrounding streets are lined with cafés, restaurants (at least 7 within 0.5 km), and shops, yet the room faces the inner courtyard so street noise is minimal.

All rooms include a fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils - ideal for light meals and breakfast. The family studio sleeps 2 adults and a child with one 200x165 cm bed and one 200x90 cm bed; smaller double rooms offer a single large bed. Additional conveniences include a sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table, flat-screen TV (YouTube available), and parquet floors. Rooms are described as quiet, well-maintained, and clean, with practical extras like an iron, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. The only access is via 22 stairs - no lift.

Each unit is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all cookware, plus complimentary coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Several cafés and restaurants are within 0.3-0.5 km, including 56 Rosso, Oliandolino Pizzicheria Fiorentina, and Twist Bistrot. The host is also available to provide personalised restaurant recommendations on request. No on-site restaurant or bar is present.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or other leisure facility on the property. The central location places guests within a short walk of Florence's cultural landmarks, parks, and an ice-skating rink for alternative recreation.

Internet speeds support streaming 4K video and multiple video calls simultaneously. Luggage storage can be arranged by the host before check-in or after check-out, either in the room or the hallway if not booked. The host meets guests at the property for check-in (late arrivals accommodated), and provides an invoice. A safety deposit box is included. There is no on-site parking, no lift, and no daily housekeeping service (the host can arrange towel changes if needed).
