Ocean City Beach is about a minute's walk via a safe pedestrian crossing of the Coastal Highway. The boardwalk, a 15-minute drive south, offers amusement rides and shopping. The bay side provides a scenic dock, and Roland E. Powell Convention Center is 3 km away. Numerous restaurants-including Longboard Cafe, The Bonfire, and Annabelle's BBQ & Creamery-are within a 5-minute walk. Parking on the street has metered hourly fees, but the hotel offers on-site paid parking. A bus stop at the end of the street provides easy access to the entire Ocean City strip, ideal for avoiding driving.

Suites include a queen or king bed, a queen sofa bed in the living area, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware. Rooms are air-conditioned with heating, a tea and coffee maker, a TV with cable channels, and a work desk. The kitchenette includes flatware, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. Sofa beds can be comfortable for children, but the main beds are noted for their comfort, and the room layout maximizes privacy with a curtain separating the sleep area from the sofa. Pocket doors to the bathroom can be hard to slide, and the bathroom lacks a fan. Some rooms have reported firm pillows and worn bedding; higher-floor rooms are quieter. The hotel does not offer ocean views from any room.

The free breakfast is a highlight, with a wide daily rotation of hot dishes including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, French toast sticks, and a chicken patty for a DIY chicken and waffle sandwich. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, four kinds of juice, and a 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar are also available. The breakfast area can get busy, but is well-maintained. For lunch or dinner, the on-site coffee shop offers a relaxed space. The indoor pool, open from 7:00 AM to midnight, is a large, clean saltwater pool, ideal for year-round swimming. Sun loungers and beach chairs are provided poolside. The fitness centre includes modern equipment such as a Peloton bike. An outdoor fireplace, terrace, and BBQ grill offer space for socializing, and paddleboard and kayak rentals are available behind the hotel on the bay. The hotel also provides a dock with bay views. The pool area is monitored for cleanliness.

On-site parking is available at $10 per day; covered spaces are first-come, first-served. The front desk offers express check-in/out, safety deposit boxes, and an ATM. A business centre with free fax/photocopying is available. Free luggage storage allows early exploration of the beach. Laundry services are available for an additional charge.
