Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a 9-minute walk from Ober Gatlinburg tram, the hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk to the Gatlinburg strip.
The hotel is 400 meters from the national park entrance and 2 km from Ripley's Aquarium and Mountain Mall. Cataract Falls is a 6-minute drive or a 45-minute walk along the Gatlinburg Trail. The Gatlinburg trolley stop is nearby, providing free access around town. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Cicis, Old Dad's, and Luigi's Pizzeria. Free parking on site eliminates the need for paid lots.

Dining

A free hot breakfast is served daily, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and muffins.
The breakfast buffet also includes gluten-free options like oatmeal and Cheerios, but no dairy-free milk or coffee creamer is provided. The hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, but vending machines offer drinks and snacks. Numerous restaurants are within a short walk for lunch and dinner, including Cicis (0.5 km), Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que (0.5 km), and Luigi's Pizzeria (0.5 km).

Wellness and Leisure

The seasonal outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 8am-10pm, with sun loungers.
The pool is not heated. Sun loungers are provided poolside. Hiking and skiing are available off-site at nearby locations. There is no spa, jacuzzi, or indoor pool. The river-facing balconies offer a relaxing outdoor space with views and fresh air.
