HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON ST. AUGUSTINE I-95, St. Augustine

The hotel sits at Exit 318, making it a practical base for road travellers exploring the area. Numerous chain restaurants (Ruby Tuesday, Burger King, IHOP, KFC, Sonny's BBQ) are within 1-2 km, and a Starbucks is 0.5 km away. Downtown attractions such as Castillo De San Marcos and Flagler College are about 11-12 km (15-20 minutes by car), and the nearest beaches are roughly a 15-minute drive. The location is quiet and safe, with ample nearby shops and dining, but requires a vehicle for most activities beyond walking to a few restaurants.

All rooms feature a tea and coffee maker, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Studio layouts typically offer either 2 or 3 beds (queen beds plus a sofa bed), and some suites include a separate bedroom for added privacy. While most rooms are well-equipped, cleanliness has been inconsistent - some units have arrived with stained linens, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, or residue in the bathroom. The property is pet-friendly, so rooms may carry pet odours; rooms without pets can be requested. The kitchenette is stocked with paper towels, sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. Pillows tend to be flat and yellowed under the outer case; guests sensitive to sleep quality may prefer to bring their own pillow.

The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, DIY waffles, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room can get crowded, particularly on weekends, leading to limited seating and occasional shortages of certain items before closing time. For guests wanting a different breakfast, or if the buffet runs low, Starbucks and other fast-food options are within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, but multiple chain restaurants (Sonny's BBQ, Texas Roadhouse, Ruby Tuesday) are within a 1-2 km drive. Complimentary coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby.

Parking is free and available at a nearby public lot (reservation not needed); an electric vehicle charging station is also free of charge. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, luggage storage, and can provide extra towels. Laundry service is available. The business centre and meeting rooms can accommodate work needs. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible rooms and a lift. Pets are allowed upon request with a non-refundable fee ($75 for 1-4 nights, $120 for 5+ nights). The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy on site. Guests should be aware that housekeeping is every other day unless daily service is requested in advance. Some arrivals have experienced delays due to room unavailability even with valid bookings; confirming the reservation directly with the hotel a day before is recommended.
