HOMENFUN BARCELONA ALFONSO X, Barcelona

The apartment is in a quiet residential area about 1 km from Park Güell and just 10-15 minutes on foot from Sagrada Familia. Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia are reachable via metro in about 20 minutes. The nearest metro station is a short walk away, and bus stops (including line U19 to Barceloneta) are within 100 metres. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 16 km away; the metro takes roughly 40 minutes with one change. Two smaller bedrooms may feel compact, but the spacious living and kitchen area compensates.

The apartment includes three bedrooms (two of which are compact but comfortable), one bathroom, and a living-dining area with a sofa and TV. Beds have good mattresses, though some frames can be slightly creaky. The balcony and kitchenette add to the feeling of space. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round, and the unit is on the third floor with elevator access. Free WiFi and a washing machine/dryer make longer stays practical. Overall, the layout is ideal for a family or small group prioritizing location and value over luxury.

Leisure on site is limited to the apartment's balcony. For activities, the neighbourhood provides boating options nearby, and the proximity to Park Güell and Sagrada Familia means world-class sightseeing is within easy walking distance. The apartment's location also gives quick metro access to the city's beaches and entertainment districts.

The free, uncovered parking is in a secure underground garage inside the building and requires no reservation - a significant advantage in central Barcelona. WiFi coverage is strong and free. Other practical features include a washing machine, dryer, and a lift serving the third floor. Housekeeping is not daily, but the accommodation manager is responsive and can assist with booking tickets. Invoices are provided upon request.
