HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON DALLAS-PARK CENTRAL AREA, Dallas

The hotel sits off the I-635 corridor, placing corporate offices for companies like General Mills and Texas Instruments within easy reach. Dallas Love Field Airport is about a 20-minute drive. Public transport is available via DART bus stops near the property, though no airport shuttle is offered. The immediate area includes a mix of fast food and sit-down restaurants, all within 0.5 km, including Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Outback Steakhouse. Major attractions such as Galleria Mall, Six Flags Over Texas, and AT&T Stadium are accessible by car. The neighborhood is noted for being industrial and less secure, with frequent reports of loitering and safety concerns.

The property offers only king suites with a full-size pullout sofa bed; no two-bed rooms are available. All rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Units also feature a desk, seating area with sofa, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Room conditions vary strongly by unit. Some suites are clean and comfortable, while others have worn furniture, torn carpets, malfunctioning door locks, and signs of neglect. Noise levels are generally low, and the bedding is noted for comfort. The hotel is scheduled for a full remodel, but current standards are inconsistent. Travelers who prioritize a modern or luxury stay may find the condition unsuitable.

Free public parking is available on site without a reservation. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage, express check-in/check-out, and a safety deposit box. A business centre with fax/photocopying is accessible. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional charge. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator. Key operational concerns: the property is cashless, requires a $100 security deposit, and has no on-site restaurant. The automatic door locks and exterior security have been noted as unreliable. Housekeeping service is available upon request.
