For airport access, a taxi costs around €35-€45 (20-30 min); alternatively, the R2 train from El Prat stops near Casa Batlló, a short walk away. Sants train station is under €15 by taxi. Hop-on hop-off bus stops are two blocks away.

The property comprises nine rooms on a single floor, offering a quiet, apartment-like atmosphere. Each room is simply but elegantly furnished with parquet flooring, a wardrobe, and storage. Bedding includes a choice of pillows and comfortable mattresses. Road-facing rooms have balconies overlooking the street but may experience traffic noise; interior-facing rooms are quieter but have windows that look onto an internal wall with no direct daylight, making them suitable for those who prioritise sleep over brightness. Triple and quadruple configurations are available, with single beds in connecting rooms for families. Bathrooms are modern with a rain shower, hairdryer, and small toiletry packs. Daily housekeeping is provided. Some older units show dated furniture, and a few bathrooms may have minor plumbing issues such as slow hot water or a noisy toilet pump, which are known factors.
