Ubicación

A 750 m de la Catedral de Sevilla y a 150 m de la Plaza de la Encarnación, en una calle tranquila pero céntrica, ideal para recorrer a pie los principales monumentos.
El hotel se sitúa en el corazón del centro histórico, a 12 km del aeropuerto de Sevilla y a 10 minutos en taxi de la estación de Santa Justa. La zona está llena de bares y restaurantes (a menos de 5 minutos a pie). La mayoría de los puntos de interés, como el Metropol Parasol, la Giralda y el Alcázar, están a 10-20 minutos caminando. La calle es tranquila, pero algunas habitaciones orientadas a la calle pueden recibir ruido nocturno. Para desplazarse sin coche, la ubicación es inmejorable.

Alojamiento

Habitaciones con aire acondicionado, insonorización, TV de pantalla plana, minibar, caja fuerte y baño privado con secador. Algunas tienen balcón o terraza.
Las habitaciones varían en tamaño y disposición: desde amplias hasta compactas. Las situadas en la planta baja, junto a la recepción, pueden tener ventanas que dan al patio interior o a la propia recepción, lo que reduce la privacidad y la luz natural; estas habitaciones pueden ser más ruidosas. Las de los pisos superiores con balcón a la calle ofrecen más luz pero pueden captar ruido de la calle. Todas disponen de calefacción, cafetera (Nespresso) y minibar. Se recomienda solicitar una habitación en el primer o segundo piso si se prioriza el descanso. Hay cunas disponibles bajo petición.

Restauración

Desayuno buffet de pago (17€) con opciones sin gluten. El hotel no tiene restaurante, pero la zona está llena de bares de tapas y restaurantes a pocos pasos.
El desayuno se sirve en una sala contigua a la recepción e incluye productos continentales, fruta, embutidos, pasteles y opciones para celíacos. Comienza a las 8:00, lo que puede ser tarde para excursiones matinales. No hay restaurante ni bar de cena, pero en un radio de 300 m hay más de diez opciones como Fargo, Perro Viejo Tapas o La Malvaloca. La recepción ofrece recomendaciones y servicio de conserjería. La cafetería de la zona también es accesible para un café rápido.

Bienestar y ocio

Piscina de temporada en la azotea con solárium y tumbonas. Alquiler de bicicletas disponible por suplemento.
La piscina, pequeña pero refrescante, está abierta de mayo a mediados de septiembre (sujeto a condiciones meteorológicas). La azotea cuenta con vistas a la ciudad y es un lugar tranquilo para tomar el sol o relajarse después de un día de visitas. No hay spa ni centro de bienestar. El alquiler de bicicletas (con coste adicional) permite explorar la ciudad de forma ágil. El solárium es gratuito y forma parte de la misma zona de la piscina.

Wi-Fi gratuito, recepción 24 horas, consigna de equipaje, ascensor, servicio de lavandería y conserjería. Se admiten mascotas con recargo.
El hotel ofrece servicios prácticos como check-in exprés, depósito de equipaje gratuito, servicio de habitaciones (limitado), alquiler de coches, fax/fotocopias (con coste) y plancha de pantalones (gratis). La seguridad incluye caja fuerte gratuita, CCTV y alarmas. Las instalaciones son accesibles para personas con movilidad reducida (ascensor y habitaciones adaptadas). Las mascotas se permiten bajo petición con un suplemento de 15€/noche. No hay aparcamiento en el edificio, pero el parking público más cercano está a 5 minutos andando.
