The area has street food stalls, a food mart within one block, and several restaurants (Wings, Tacanon, Maison Kayser) within 0.5-1 km. A taxi or Uber ride to Terminal 1 costs approximately 27-40 MXN. The historic centre is a 20-minute drive away, and the Oceania Metro Station is a 15-minute walk, giving access to the wider city.

The property offers a variety of room types, from private double and twin rooms with private or shared bathrooms to larger family rooms and dorms. Family rooms can sleep up to 4 people.
