Puerta del Sol is two minutes away, the Prado Museum is a 13-minute walk, and Retiro Park is easily reached on foot. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, bars, and shops. The nearest metro station (Sol) provides direct links to the airport and other districts. Despite the lively area, soundproofed rooms and interior-facing options keep noise to a minimum. Taxis and ride-shares are readily available for longer journeys.

Rooms are compact but modern, finished with parquet floors and fitted with soundproof walls, a wardrobe, safe, and work desk. The private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries - bathrooms are separated from the bedroom by glass, so visual privacy is limited. Some rooms offer a balcony overlooking the street, though the balconies are original and too small for sitting. For quieter sleep, rooms facing the interior courtyard are recommended. The Deluxe twin room is the only configuration that can accommodate a child's extra bed. Daily housekeeping keeps the rooms spotlessly clean.

The communal kitchen area is open from 8:00 to 22:30 and includes a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and a selection of pastries, biscuits, and milk. Bottled water is also available.
