Many main sightseeing spots - such as Portal de l'Angel (1 km), Casa Batllo (2 km), and the Boqueria Market (10 minutes' walk) - are reachable on foot within 30 minutes. For drivers, public parking is available at a nearby underground garage (15-30 EUR per day), and the hostal can provide a discount voucher on request. The neighbourhood is well served by bus lines, and the quiet street means the immediate area is peaceful despite the central location.

All rooms are private (no dormitory beds). Room types include double, triple, and quadruple configurations. Bathroom arrangements require careful selection: some rooms have a private bathroom inside the room; others have a private bathroom located just outside the room on the same hall (external private bathroom). Interior rooms have a window and a bathroom window but limited natural light. The quadruple room is compact (approximately 12 m2) and has an external private bathroom. The triple room features 2 beds (a double and a single) with an external private bathroom and shower. All rooms include a refrigerator and a wardrobe. Air conditioning is available from late June to late September (7-10 EUR extra per night); heating is available throughout the cooler months. Parquet flooring and a balcony or patio are standard in all units.
