This central location places you within a 9-minute walk of the Picasso Museum and close to Boqueria Market and Plaça de Catalunya. The Liceu Metro station is three blocks away, and buses serving Park Guell and Sagrada Familia are a 10-15 minute walk. The immediate side street can be dark, noisy late at night, and feels less secure; the area is very lively and better suited to travellers comfortable with a high-density tourist zone. Taxis and Ubers can drop you near the apartment but may not go all the way down the narrow street.

The apartments offer 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, with either 3 or 4 beds including bunk beds in some rooms. Air conditioning is only in the living room, not the bedrooms; opening windows may not help with noise or heat. Some rooms lack windows or face an internal light well. The lift opens directly into certain apartments, which can be noisy when neighbours use it. The property is basic and dated - plain decor, older fixtures, and a musty smell in some rooms. A quiet street view is possible from higher-floor apartments, but street-side rooms are affected by bar noise until late. There is often a sewage smell in the bathroom.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a coffee machine and electric kettle. There is no restaurant or bar on site.
