Bus stops 58 and 68 are also nearby - the 58 bus stops directly at Oktoberfest grounds. The area is walkable: a 20-minute stroll crosses the Isar River to the Deutsches Museum and Gasteig. Several restaurants and a microbrewery are within a few minutes' walk. On-site paid parking is available but spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.

Room types include twin, double, and triple rooms (configurable as 3 singles or a double plus single). Apartments with kitchens are available for stays of 30+ nights. All rooms have carpeted floors, heating, seating area, wardrobe, safe, and free toiletries. Bathrooms are generally compact with showers (walk-in available) or bath-tub combos; some lack ventilation fans.
