Located in the quiet Barajas district, the hostel is 2 km from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and within walking distance of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 via a footbridge. Terminal 4 is reachable by a free airport bus from T3 or by metro (one stop on line 8). The metro station is a 7-minute walk away, providing a 30-minute connection to central Madrid. The nearby Plaza de Barajas, a 2-minute walk, offers several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a laundromat. IFEMA is 5 km away. The walk from the hostel to the airport is safe and practical, though the footbridge surface is not suitcase-friendly.

Rooms are adults-only and sleep 6 to 10 people in metal bunk beds with privacy curtains, individual reading lights, and power sockets. Each bed has a large under-bed locker that can fit a big suitcase and a carry-on, and a lock is provided. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and toilet, though the shower has no shelving for toiletries. The top bunk does not allow sitting up-only lying down. Ventilation is poor as windows do not open; the air conditioning must be requested from reception if not already on, and it may not cool all areas evenly. Noise from the airport, other guests, and plumbing is common. Road-facing rooms are noisier.

The hostel does not have a restaurant or meal service. The shared kitchen is equipped for basic self-catering, with free rice, pasta, sauces, and spices available for guest use. There is no refrigerator with a freezer section. A vending machine offers drinks and snacks. Within a 2-minute walk, Plaza de Barajas provides several dining options including Lizarran Barajas (0.5 km), La Torino (0.5 km), and City Restaurante (0.5 km). A DIA supermarket is a 9-minute walk for groceries.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally and has a shallow end, making it suitable for cooling off on hot days. The surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and beach chairs. Outdoor furniture and a garden area provide space to relax. The pool size is small.
