The nearest vaporetto stop (Rialto) is about 400 metres away, with line 2 providing direct connections to the train station and Piazzale Roma. Private water taxis can pull up alongside the hotel via the Rio di Santa Maria Formosa canal. For airport access, the Alilaguna water bus costs 15 EUR per person and takes about one hour. Water taxis from the airport cost 120-130 EUR for up to four people. A 20-minute ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma followed by the vaporetto is a cheaper alternative. The surrounding area has several bars with outdoor seating, affordable local 'osterie', and a supermarket 100 metres away.
