The surrounding streets are lined with designer boutiques and numerous restaurants, cafés and gelaterias within 0.5 km. The area is pedestrian-friendly; most major landmarks are reachable on foot. Because the hotel lies inside a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), driving is impractical - the nearest paying car park is a significant uphill walk. The airport shuttle booked through the hotel avoids this entirely. The main entrance is via a small street-level passage and a small lift up to the 2nd floor reception.

A variety of room types are offered: classic doubles with street views, twin/double rooms, single rooms, suites with separate living area, and rooms on two levels (mezzanine). Some rooms face the interior courtyard (quieter but less light); others face the street (more natural light, some noise). A few rooms have small balconies suitable for up to two persons. Room sizes vary - some are compact for the price, especially entry-level doubles, while suites and quad rooms are more spacious. Bathrooms are modern and generally well-finished, though some can feel cramped. Air conditioning is present in all rooms; units near the door may cool unevenly. Soundproof windows block most street noise, but internal corridor sounds (doors closing, breakfast setup) can be heard. Rooms on the courtyard or away from reception are recommended for light sleepers. The single room has a bath or shower; all other rooms feature bathtubs.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, and excellent coffee (cappuccino, espresso).
