Ueno Station (JR and metro lines) is 6 minutes on foot, providing direct connections across Tokyo and to Narita Airport via the Skyliner from Keisei Ueno station (8-10 minutes walk). Ueno Park is a 12-minute walk, Sensoji Temple is 13 minutes by train, and Ameya Yokocho market is 8 minutes away. The area is calm and safe, with convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven), restaurants, and shops within a short walk. Tokyo Skytree is 3 km, and Haneda Airport is 17 km away; the Keisei Skyliner is the recommended route from Narita.

Room types include double, twin, single, and barrier-free rooms. Twin beds measure 200 cm x 110 cm each. Standard rooms are compact (around 11 m2 but some are tighter) and may feel cramped for two people. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Bathrooms vary: most rooms have a shower only, while the twin and barrier-free rooms include a bathtub. Some rooms feature an open-air bath on a private terrace. Rooms on higher floors offer city views and openable windows. There are no balconies. Noise from the street and thin walls can be an issue; rooms away from the road are quieter. Rooms are cleaned only upon request, with towel and trash service provided.

Breakfast is available for ¥1100 per person and includes croissants, coffee, and continental items. La petit, the on-site restaurant and bar, serves Vietnamese and international cuisine and is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 for breakfast, brunch, dinner, and cocktails.
