The area is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafés, and the neighbourhood feels safe and busy even in the evening.

Rooms are compact - the standard double can feel snug for two, while the quadruple room is a reasonable size for up to 5 people (with an extra bed available for €30/night). Each room includes air conditioning (though some units have been reported as weak), heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Twin beds are available on request. Parquet flooring is standard. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so internal noise from neighbours and the corridor can be noticeable. Some rooms face an inner courtyard, offering more quiet, while street-facing rooms have a view but may pick up traffic noise. The lift is an older model - if it is not working, guests must climb stairs to the third floor (actually equivalent to six floors due to the building's layout).
