HOTEL HOFFINGER, Vienna

The hotel sits just off the A2 and A23 motorways, making it convenient for drivers. The U6 metro station (Alterlaa) is a 10-minute walk away and reaches central Vienna in 20 minutes. Vienna Airport is about 20 km away, accessible by car or a 60-minute public transport ride. Public parking on the street is possible, and is free on weekends. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk, and several restaurants, cafés, and parks are within a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly, ideal for a restful night, though dining options after 21:00 are limited within walking distance.

The breakfast selection is continental with vegetarian options, served buffet-style. Portions are replenished regularly, but the variety is simple and consistent - not a lavish spread. For dinner, the hotel does not operate a restaurant; however, several eateries and cafés are within a 10-minute walk. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away for self-catering supplies and snacks.

For leisure, the hotel features a garden with outdoor furniture and a sun terrace - suitable for reading or resting outdoors. The surrounding Liesing district offers parks within a short walk for jogging or strolls. The metro gives quick access to Vienna's cultural and leisure attractions. If dedicated wellness facilities are a priority, this hotel will not meet that need.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the building, though speed can vary. Luggage storage allows early arrival or late departure exploration. Daily housekeeping is provided, but items like kettles and hairdryers may need to be requested at reception. The lift is small. Safety features include a safety deposit box, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key access. Cots are available. Pets are allowed for a €15 nightly fee. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bankcard, and EC-Card, but card terminals occasionally malfunction. Cash payments are accepted only before 22:00.
