The location is exceptional for sightseeing. Notre Dame is directly opposite, and the Panthéon, Jardin des Plantes, Natural History Museum, and the Marais district are all within a 15-minute walk. Saint-Michel Metro and RER station is a short walk, offering direct trains to Charles de Gaulle Airport, Gare du Nord, and Versailles. This central area is practical for exploring the city on foot, but the narrow streets and lack of parking make it impractical for car travel. The immediate vicinity has numerous restaurants, bars and cafés, with several within 300 metres, but the hotel does not have its own restaurant.

Room types include single, double, twin, triple, and superior double options. All rooms have a private bathroom, cable TV, wardrobe, and heating. Some rooms feature city views, and superior doubles can offer views of Notre Dame or Parisian rooftops. Rooms vary in size; some are spacious by Paris standards, while others are compact. The building dates from the 16th century, and rooms retain original wooden beams. There is no air conditioning; electric fans are provided in summer.
