The hotel sits in the quiet, residential Inaricho area, directly between the lively Ueno and Asakusa districts. Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line is two stops from Asakusa (historic temples, markets) and provides direct access to Ginza and Nihonbashi in under 15 minutes. JR Ueno Station (10 minutes on foot) connects to the Yamanote loop line and offers direct trains to Narita Airport via the Keisei Line (about 15 minutes by express). Numerous convenience stores, a supermarket (Maruetsu), and several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Ueno Park with its zoo, museums, and temples is a 15-minute stroll away. The area is well-lit and feels safe at night, making it practical for solo travellers and families.

All rooms are studio-style and feature a semi-double bed (120 cm wide) - suitable for one person or a couple who prefer to sleep close, but noticeably narrow for two average-sized adults. Rooms are compact even by Tokyo standards; those bringing two large suitcases may find floor space limited. Each unit includes air conditioning with individual control, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a microwave, and an IH stove with basic kitchenware (pans, utensils available from reception from 9 AM to 6 PM). The private bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush). A memory foam pillow, nightwear, and free tea/coffee are provided. Some rooms have a small balcony. The property shows signs of age in places (carpets, surfaces), and light sleepers should request a room away from the street as windows may not fully seal.
