HOTEL NEW FAIR MUNICH MESSE, Munich

Rooms are basic and functional, with a TV, desk, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The style is student-dormitory simple with laminate furniture and some rooms showing wear (torn wallpaper, old fixtures, and insufficient heating in cooler weather). Rooms do not have air conditioning, making them uncomfortable during summer, and can be stuffy. Street-facing rooms hear noise from traffic and adjacent establishments. The triple room configuration features three beds, making it a practical option for small groups attending the nearby exhibition grounds. Bathroom cleanliness can be inconsistent, with reports of mould, poor drainage, and unserviced toilets. For a short overnight stay near the Messe, the room meets basic sleeping needs, but light sleepers or those wanting modern comfort should adjust expectations accordingly.

Breakfast is a buffet with bread rolls, cold cuts, and hot drinks; it is generally described as complete and sufficient for a good start to the day. However, breakfast must be ordered one day in advance or it may not be available. There is no restaurant on the property - for lunch or dinner, the nearest supermarkets and restaurants are within 1 km, so planning meals ahead is recommended. The area also has several takeaways within a short drive, but the hotel itself only offers breakfast during morning hours.
