Hotel Details

Location

Situated 50 meters from the Promenade des Anglais, 2 minutes from the beach, and a 5-minute walk to Nice's Old Town.

The hotel is on a quiet side street off the seafront, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Nice-Ville train station is a 13-minute walk, and the Alsace-Lorraine tram stop (line 2 from the airport) is within a short stroll. Many attractions, including the flower market and casino, are reachable on foot. Rooms facing the courtyard remain very quiet despite the central location.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned, soundproofed rooms with private bathrooms, flat-screen satellite TV, and safety deposit boxes. Four superior rooms have balconies.

Rooms are compact but efficiently equipped, featuring bath or shower, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, and a desk. Superior rooms offer more space and a balcony overlooking the tranquil courtyard. Street-facing rooms may experience noise from the lively neighborhood. Bedding is generally comfortable, and a fridge is available in many rooms. Some bathrooms have heated floors. The hotel has a lift and rooms are cleaned daily, but replenishment of tea/coffee may need to be requested.

Dining

A buffet breakfast is served in a charming courtyard with a fountain; no restaurant on site.

The continental breakfast (€12 per person) includes fresh breads, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, and hot drinks. The courtyard provides a pleasant setting, but seating can be limited. For lunch and dinner, numerous restaurants and bistros are within a 2-minute walk, offering everything from Italian to local Niçoise cuisine. The hotel bar serves drinks and light snacks in the evening, and complimentary coffee and pastries are available in the lobby during the day.

Wellness and Leisure

The hotel has no spa or pool but offers discounted access to a nearby private beach.

There is no wellness facility on site. However, through a hotel partnership, guests can purchase access to the private Blue Beach (2-minute walk) for €26 per day, which includes a deck chair, umbrella, and towel (regular price €35). The beach is pebbled, and sun umbrellas are provided for free at the hotel. The Promenade des Anglais is ideal for jogging or cycling, and bicycle rental can be arranged for a fee.

Facilities and Services

Free WiFi, luggage storage, 24-hour front desk, paid airport shuttle, and pet-friendly policies.

Services include daily housekeeping, express check-in/out, safety deposit boxes, and a tour desk. Airport transfers cost €45 from the airport and €40 to the airport (€120 for up to 8 people). Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with adapted bathrooms. Bicycle rental and fax/photocopying are available for a charge. Pets (dogs €7/night) are welcome, and the hotel provides pet bowls.
