The airport is 15-25 minutes by car or taxi; the hotel offers a private shuttle for $35 USD one way (2 persons, book 72 hours ahead) or a yellow taxi from the airport for approximately $350 pesos. Buses stop nearby and taxis are easy to find. Note that the hotel sits on a busy main road, so street-facing rooms experience significant traffic noise - rooms with balconies feature special glass to help reduce it. No on-site parking is available, but the Juarez public parking lot is a short walk away (approx. $30 MXN per hour).

The hotel offers a range of rooms from standard to deluxe, studio, and penthouse. All rooms have air conditioning (powerful but can be noisy), a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service (requires personal Netflix account).
