The hotel sits in a calm, leafy neighbourhood 2 km from the historic centre - a pleasant 30-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride (bus every 10-15 minutes). The bus stop is 100 metres from the hotel. For drivers, the Firenze Sud exit of the A1 motorway is a 15-minute drive, and the hotel is outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Amerigo Vespucci Airport is 30 minutes away by car or bus. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, and the neighbourhood feels safe and walkable.

Rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a minibar, safe, hairdryer and toiletries. All but one room have an en-suite private bathroom - one room has a private bathroom located on the landing. A few rooms open onto a terrace or small patio, while some face the road, which can be less suitable for light sleepers. Some rooms are located in a modern annexe building 300-500 metres from the main hotel; these are well-equipped and often larger, but guests need to walk to the main building for breakfast and reception. Rooms in the main building offer direct access to the garden and bar. Some rooms have also been described as spacious and stylishly decorated; others as compact. Bicycles can be stored in the garden or parking area (not covered).

Breakfast is served in a cosy area with garden seating available in fine weather. The buffet includes fresh pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cold cuts, toast, and a selection of gluten-free items. Barista-style coffee is available. For other meals, the hotel has a bar with a small snack menu and a garden lounge.
