Hotel Details

Location

Overlooking the leafy Montholon Square, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord and within walking distance of Galeries Lafayette and Sacré-Cœur.

Cadet Metro Station is just 150 metres away, providing direct links to the Louvre, Opéra, and beyond. The hotel is in a quiet residential area yet surrounded by bakeries, supermarkets, and international restaurants. The street in front of the hotel is quiet, and the square itself offers a green, calm setting. For longer journeys, the airport bus stop is nearby, and Gare du Nord (Eurostar and RER B to CDG) is a 10-15 minute walk. The public parking lot is directly opposite, making car access straightforward.

Dining

Breakfast is a continental buffet served in a basement breakfast room, available for €12 per person.

The breakfast consists of bread, pastries, jam, butter, honey, cheese spread, and hot drinks. It is a basic spread with no hot items such as eggs, bacon, or sausages. You can buy breakfast at the hotel even if your booking does not include it. The surrounding area has many bakeries, cafes, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk, offering a wide choice of alternatives for those who prefer a fuller or more varied morning meal. The hotel has no on-site restaurant, but staff can provide local dining recommendations.

Leisure

The hotel does not have a spa, pool, or gym. The adjacent Montholon Square provides a green outdoor space for relaxation.

The park is a pleasant spot for a morning walk or to let children play. For more comprehensive leisure activities, guests are within walking distance of the lively Rue La Fayette shopping area and major attractions. The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore the city rather than rely on on-site leisure facilities.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, free luggage storage, and a drinks vending machine are available.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk where staff are generally described as friendly and helpful. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, but some guests have reported it to be slow. There is no on-site restaurant, spa, or pool. Parking is available at a public lot directly opposite for €42 per day, with no reservation required. Pets are not allowed. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Carte Bleue, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, and MasterCard.
