Cadet Metro Station is just 150 metres away, providing direct links to the Louvre, Opéra, and beyond. The hotel is in a quiet residential area yet surrounded by bakeries, supermarkets, and international restaurants. The street in front of the hotel is quiet, and the square itself offers a green, calm setting. For longer journeys, the airport bus stop is nearby, and Gare du Nord (Eurostar and RER B to CDG) is a 10-15 minute walk. The public parking lot is directly opposite, making car access straightforward.

Accommodation

Rooms are compact but clean, all with large windows overlooking Montholon Square, an LCD TV, and carpeted floors.
Each room is simply furnished with a flat-screen TV, heating, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms feature a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower; the condition of the bathroom varies, with some having outdated fixtures and a small shower cabin.
