Located along the Arno River, the property is 5 km from Campo di Marte Train Station and a 15-minute drive from Piazzale Michelangelo. The nearest train station, Firenze Rovezzano, is a 10-minute walk away. Public bus 14A stops right at the entrance, running every 10-15 minutes to the city centre (20-25 minutes); tickets cost €1.50 one way or can be purchased at the reception. The property's shuttle bus (€3 return) runs every 40-45 minutes from 08:30 to 19:00 (high season), dropping near the Duomo. A scenic bike path along the river leads directly to the centre (5 km). Tuscany Hall venue is a 5-minute walk away. The campsite is outside the ZTL zone, so driving into the city centre is straightforward.

Tents (Safari Tent) are compact units for up to 2 people, featuring air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a terrace - no fridge or kettle. Bungalow Deluxe units sleep up to 3 and include a private bathroom and patio. Chalet and Superior Chalet units are larger (2 bedrooms, up to 5 people) with a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, utensils), tea/coffee maker, and a dining area. Most units have air conditioning and heating. Bed linens and towels are provided. Rooms with balconies are available in some configurations. Locks are fitted on all doors, and a safety deposit box is provided. The bathrooms are compact; unit size varies, with some being more spacious than others.
