The hostel is on Giudecca Island, directly on the canal with views toward Saint Mark's Square, Santa Maria della Salute and the Grand Canal. From Marco Polo Airport, take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (20 minutes), then vaporetto line 2 or 4.1 to Zitelle. Treviso Airport is 40 minutes by ATVO to Piazzale Roma. Santa Lucia train station is 35 minutes away vaporetto lines 2 or 4.1. A one-way vaporetto ticket costs €7.50, or a 24-hour pass €21. Water taxis also run directly to the hostel. The local island is quiet and less touristy, with a few affordable restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. San Marco is three vaporetto stops away, making this location better suited to travellers happy to use water transport rather than relying on walking.

The hostel offers private en-suite rooms (double, triple, quad, 5-bed) and shared dorms (4-7 beds, 8-16 beds) including a female-only dorm. Every room has air conditioning and soundproofed walls. All bunks come with a reading light, personal shelf, and a pull-out under-bed locker (bring your own padlock). Dorm sizes vary from 3 to 16 beds; larger dorms can feel cramped and some have limited floor space for luggage. Window-facing bunks may be warmer if the AC does not reach them. Canal-view private rooms include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rooms on the third floor are accessible only via stairs. Space can be tight in smaller dorm rooms, so travellers with large suitcases may find the under-bed locker a practical solution for keeping bags stored.

The on-site restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner with European cuisine and options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Breakfast (€5 per person) includes bread, pastries, hot drinks and a few hot items. The bar operates daily 18:00-22:00 and also serves snacks, wine and champagne (with an additional charge). A coffee-house on site offers cappuccinos and pastries. For those wanting a light bite, the snack bar and vending machines are available. A handful of local restaurants are within a few minutes' walk on Giudecca. The hostel does not permit outside food or drink, so all meals must be purchased on site or at nearby venues.

Leisure facilities are focused on social and recreational activities indoors. The games room includes billiards, table football, a retro arcade machine, board games, and a guitar. A large TV screen in the lounge screens live sports events and movie nights. The outdoor Giudecca Terrace offers waterfront seating with views across the canal to St Mark's - popular at sunset. Evening entertainment is organised regularly, including happy hour (18:00-20:00), themed dinner nights and, on Saturdays, a DJ set that can continue until 2am. The hostel does not have a pool, spa or gym. For families, board games and a children's menu are available.
