Bayswater and Queensway stations are also within 20 minutes. The area is surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it convenient for self-catering. Street parking is not available and has many restrictions; the nearest secure car park is Q-Park opposite Queensway station, about 15 minutes away.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar. Each flat contains a private kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware for preparing meals. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided. Breakfast is not served on site.
