The surrounding area is animated with cafés, restaurants and shops, and the metro provides direct and fast connections to the city centre and Charles de Gaulle Étoile station. For those arriving by car, the nearest public parking is 200 metres from the hotel at Interparking Montparnasse.

Rooms are compact and functional - single, double and triple options are available, all with a private bathroom (bath or shower), air conditioning, soundproof walls and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms on higher floors offer a view of the Montparnasse Tower; inner-courtyard rooms tend to be quieter than those facing the street. The triple room features two beds. There are no twin rooms - only double or single beds. Rooms do not have a balcony, kettle, hairdryer or in-room safe. The bathrooms are very small, with a shower that is difficult for larger guests to use. A desk and wardrobe are provided, but the rooms have very limited surface space.
