The hotel is on Santa Anna Street, a quiet but central lane in the Gothic Quarter. Plaça Catalunya, the city's main transport hub, is a 5-minute walk and provides direct metro, train, and Aerobus connections to the airport (the bus stops at the square, taking about 35 minutes). Barcelona Cathedral is a 5-minute walk; Passeig de Gràcia's Gaudí buildings are 500 metres away. The beach is a 30-40 minute walk or 15 minutes by metro or bus. Street-facing rooms can be noisy at night; rooms at the back are quieter.

Rooms are described as comfortable and wide, though many have noted they feel small or compact for two people. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, bath, and hairdryer. Bed types vary from a double to a twin (split into two singles) or a queen bed; some groups have received a triple plus an extra bed instead of a true quadruple. The air conditioning is individually controlled per room. A kettle is available on request from reception. Interior rooms have reduced natural light but are much quieter than street-facing ones, which can be affected by noise from the square and late-night street activity. The safe costs €2 per day.

There is no food service of any kind on-site besides the single vending machine. A microwave and kettle are available for shared use in the common area on the first floor. Plenty of cafes, tapas bars, and restaurants line the streets within a 3-5 minute walk - especially on La Rambla and around Plaça Catalunya - making it easy to find meals and morning coffee.

The front desk is staffed around the clock and can arrange taxi bookings, ticket reservations, and provide local recommendations. Luggage storage is free and available both before check-in and after checkout. Housekeeping cleans rooms daily, replacing towels and sheets. A lift serves all floors. There is no laundry service, and pets are not allowed. The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Maestro, and MasterCard. A safety deposit box is available for €2 per day, and an ironing service can be arranged with the cleaning team at a variable price.
