The tram stop for Florence Airport is literally next door, making car-free arrival straightforward. The historic center, including Piazza del Duomo, is a 10- to 15-minute walk. On-site public parking is available (€2/hour, no reservation), and a private garage with valet service is 700 metres away (€30/24h). The neighborhood is practical for transit users but less atmospheric at night; street noise and occasional tram sounds are a factor. Multiple bus and tram routes connect directly to major attractions. A grocery store, Conad, and numerous restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
