The surrounding streets are filled with tapas bars, cafés, and restaurants - including Museo del Jamón and Restaurante Botín - as well as a supermarket adjacent to the building. The area is highly walkable: Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, and Retiro Park are all within 15-20 minutes on foot.

Room types include doubles, triples, and quadruples, some with a balcony or terrace offering city views and others with a quiet interior patio. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, minibar, and free Wi-Fi. While some rooms are spacious and well-lit, the standard double is compact - better suited to short city breaks than extended stays.
