Calle de las Huertas, packed with restaurants and bars, is 100m away. The central location means most major sights are reachable on foot - Puerta del Sol is about 15 minutes away. On-site parking (€25/day, reservation needed) is a practical option in this area, but public transport is equally convenient.

Rooms are basic and clean but on the small side. Sound insulation is minimal - noise from neighbouring rooms and plumbing is common, so light sleepers should request a room away from the street and on a higher floor. Bed comfort varies: some visitors find mattresses supportive, others note worn springs. All rooms have a wardrobe with hangers, hairdryer, and daily housekeeping. A few rooms have no windows (ground floor). For more space, consider the apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Some rooms have themed décor (e.g. Star Wars). The lift is small, which may be tight with large luggage.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast, either included or for purchase. A vending machine on site supplies cold drinks and packaged snacks. For meals, Calle de las Huertas (100m away) is lined with tapas bars, restaurants, and cafés - many open late.
