The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is situated in a safe, suburban neighborhood in Summerlin, offering a peaceful retreat from the Strip's 24-hour energy. The Strip is 13 km (13 km) east, about a 15-20 minute drive without traffic, and accessible via the free resort shuttle or the RTC bus stop one block away. Red Rock Canyon is a 10-minute drive west, making this an ideal base for hiking and outdoor activities. Nearby shopping (Walmart, Smith's grocery store) and casual dining (In-N-Out Burger, Fuddruckers) are within 1-2 km. Harry Reid International Airport is reachable via the 215 Beltway (west) in about 20 minutes. A car is recommended for full mobility, but the shuttle and bus provide practical options for Strip access.

The one-bedroom suite (1000 sq. ft.) sleeps up to four with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa; the two-bedroom suite (1200 sq. ft.) sleeps up to six with an additional queen bedroom and a guest bathroom with walk-in shower. All units include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, electric or gas fireplace, cable TV with HBO, DVD player, and WiFi (available for a daily fee, or included in the resort fee for 24-hour access). A washer and dryer are provided in every suite. Units vary in condition: some are well-maintained, while others show wear (loose tiles, dated appliances, stained carpets). Upper-floor units are preferred to avoid footstep noise from above. Road-facing rooms on Grand Canyon Drive may experience traffic noise.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each suite is equipped with a full kitchen (gas stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and cookware) allowing guests to prepare meals. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby, but the hours are limited (often only one hour in the morning) and supplies may run out early. The nearest grocery store (Smith's) is a 4-minute drive, and several casual restaurants (In-N-Out Burger, Fuddruckers) are within 1 km. For those wanting to eat out, the surrounding Summerlin area offers a wide variety of sit-down and fast-casual options.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is open year-round and features waterfall accents, a shallow end, and sun loungers. The hot tub is also heated and operational throughout the year. The pool area can become busy on weekends and may lack on-site supervision. The fitness center includes cardio and strength-training equipment but does not have free weights. The property provides a billiards table, table tennis, a multi-purpose room, and an activity center with foosball and ping pong. Outdoor amenities include picnic areas with gas BBQ grills and an outdoor fireplace with seating. There is no spa or wellness centre on-site. Nearby attractions include golf courses (within 3 km), Red Rock Canyon for hiking, and Lake Mead for water sports.

The shuttle operates Friday-Tuesday (11:00-18:30) to The Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Casino, and Smith's grocery store; advance reservations are required. WiFi is available for a daily fee. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge services, luggage storage (additional charge), and private check-in/out. A business center with computers and a printer is accessible. The property features full ADA units with 32-inch doorways, roll-in showers, grab bars, lowered countertops, and hearing-accessible kits; partial ADA units also exist. Service animals are welcome.
