The Cliffs at Peace Canyon, located away from the Las Vegas Strip, features one- and two-bedroom suites. Each suite includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker, and toaster. Suites also have a furnished patio or balcony, television in the living room and bedrooms, cable television with HBO(R), a DVD player in the living room, and WiFi internet access. Each suite provides a full-size washer and dryer, a starter pack of laundry detergent, and an ironing board with iron.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon provides a fitness center with cardio and weight machines, located in the center of the resort, behind the clubhouse and swimming pool. Guests have access to barbeque grills near the pool area and an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs. There are two family areas, elevators, and an outdoor hot tub. The resort has also been awarded TripAdvisor's Travelers' Choice Award.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is near golf courses and Red Rock Canyon. The property is 14 km from Monorail - Flamingo/ Caesar's Palace and 20 km from McCarran International Airport. The resort provides a shuttle service to The Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Casino, Las Vegas South Premium Outlets, and the nearest grocery store. Free reserved, covered parking is available with one space per suite, along with an EV charging station.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offers designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. Full ADA units feature accessible guest rooms with 32' wide doorways, bathroom shower grab bars, flashing doorbell, handicap seat for the shower, hearing accessible rooms/kits, light switches and power outlets at mid-height, roll-in shower, space for wheelchair maneuvering, and a raised toilet seat. Partial ADA units include similar accessibility features, such as accessible routes from the public entrance, ADA accessible microwave, and lowered countertops and electrical outlets. Hearing-impaired units offer visual alarms, phone notifications, and lowered deadbolt locks and door night guards.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering a 24-hour front desk and concierge services. A business center is equipped with computers and printers. Security is available Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM and Friday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A later check-out time can be arranged on the day of departure. The property is not responsible for any items left behind. Rollaway/extra beds and cribs are available. Ice and vending machines are also available for guest use.
