The Jockey Resort Suites sits in the middle of the Strip, with Bellagio's fountains and the Cosmopolitan casino next door. Major hotels such as Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood, and the Paris Las Vegas are within a 5-10 minute walk. The monorail and bus stop on Las Vegas Boulevard are steps away, making it easy to reach the convention centre, The Sphere, or the airport without a car. Free on-site parking in the Cosmopolitan garage is a practical advantage for drivers, though first-time visitors should note the access route goes through the Cosmopolitan rather than a dedicated entrance. Restaurants like P.F. Chang's, The Henry, and Momofuku are all within a 0.5 km walk.

Accommodation consists of one-bedroom suites (approximately 84 m²) with a queen bed, queen sofa bed, a full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom. Larger suites include two separate bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms and extra living space. Every room comes with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes, and utensils-spices not supplied), air conditioning, heating, flat-screen cable TV, CD player, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. However, the condition of the suites is inconsistent: many units have outdated furniture, worn carpets, stained sofas, and dim lighting. Suites facing the interior look directly onto a grey concrete wall, with little to no natural light and noticeable noise from the neighbouring building's HVAC units. Suites with a view of the Bellagio fountains or the Strip are available upon request and provide a brighter, more desirable experience. All suites are non-smoking and accessible by lift, though some rooms are in a different tower from the lobby.

Meals are prepared in the suite using the full kitchen (including a coffee maker, kettle, cookware, and dishware) or sourced from the many restaurants within a short walk. P.F. Chang's, The Henry, Momofuku, China Poblano, Scarpetta, and Cabo Wabo Cantina are all approximately 0.5 km away. Breakfast is not served on the property; guests staying longer may find the kitchen facilities a cost-effective alternative to Strip dining. There is a minimarket on site for basic groceries and snacks.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and open year-round, operating from 06:00 to 17:00. The pool area includes sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a hot tub/jacuzzi, a public bath, and a sauna-all free for guests. A fitness centre with equipment (note: dumbbells are not always available) is also free to use. As a guest, you may also use the Cosmopolitan's Bamboo Pool and Boulevard Pool, depending on availability. BBQ facilities with outdoor furniture and a picnic area are located near the pool. The hotel offers no spa or wellness centre. Off-site activities include golf, tennis, live music, and movie nights at additional cost.

Check-in and check-out are handled at a 24-hour front desk; luggage storage is available at no charge. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the building. Business services include a free business centre and fax/photocopying. A minimarket operates on site. Parking is free and located in the Cosmopolitan garage (accessible via B3 level), but the entrance is not clearly marked-follow signs to the Cosmopolitan parking and then take the lift to the Jockey reception. Valet parking is also an option. Laundry and dry cleaning carry additional fees. Daily housekeeping is provided on request; to have the room serviced, simply remove the do-not-disturb sign. A safety deposit box is available at reception. The property is fully non-smoking, with a designated smoking area outside. The lift is operational, though some suites are in a separate tower. No pets are allowed.
