For airport transfers, take bus S1 from Suvarnabhumi (60 THB) which stops opposite the hotel; a taxi takes about an hour and costs around 400 THB. There is no hotel parking, but walking and public transport cover most needs. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, bars, 7-Eleven shops, and massage places.

Room categories range from budget (no window, no TV) to Superior (fridge, balcony available) and Deluxe (smart TV, terrace). Family rooms with three beds and triple rooms are also offered. Room sizes are generally compact; some single and double rooms are very small (around 6m2) with limited luggage space. Beds are firm, and pillows are basic. Noise can be an issue: rooms near the restaurant/bar or facing the road hear activity until late, and thin walls transmit corridor sounds. Air conditioning is standard but some units are loud or prone to dripping. Bathrooms are private, though some are cramped with poor ventilation. Ants and occasional mold have been noted in a few rooms - daily cleaning and free toiletries are provided. Hairdryers and irons are available from reception.

Casa Picasso, the hotel's restaurant, is open daily from 07:00 to 23:30 and offers a wide menu ranging from pizza to curries. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on food and drinks. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 at 200 THB per person and includes continental, full English/Irish, or vegetarian options - it is a set meal. The bar provides a relaxed space for evening drinks. A coffee shop and a minimarket are also on site. Given the variety of cuisines, most dietary preferences can be accommodated. Those wanting more casual street food will find many stalls and cafés within a short walk.

Luggage storage is free and can be used before check-in or after checkout - the hotel also allows use of a shower room for late departures.
