The hostel sits in the very heart of Stockholm, with Drottninggatan shopping street just 200 metres away and the Old Town, Gamla Stan, only one metro stop from T-Centralen. For dining, a range of restaurants including Belgobaren (0.5 km), Max i Stockholm (0.5 km), and The Bishops Arms (0.5 km) are all within a short walk. Using public transport is the practical option because there is no parking at the property. The area is walkable for most daytime exploration, and the proximity to Central Station makes connection to Arlanda Airport straightforward via the Arlanda Express or commuter trains.

Room options range from 4-bed female-only dormitories up to 28-bed mixed dormitories, plus a triple room with a shared bathroom. Some dormitory rooms are located in the basement and have no windows - these can feel stuffy and lack natural light. Beds in larger dorms tend to be closely spaced, making it harder to find a quiet corner. Personal lockers are provided, but bring your own padlock as they are not supplied. Charging points near top bunks are not always present, so an extension cord may be useful if you are assigned an upper bunk. The triple room includes air conditioning and parquet floors, which may offer a slightly more comfortable stay than the basic dormitories.

The hostel does not operate a restaurant or bar, and breakfast is not provided. To prepare your own meals, use the communal kitchen which is equipped with basic appliances. The immediate area offers many dining options within a 5-minute walk, including BelgoBar, Max i Stockholm, The Bishops Arms, and several other restaurants. Since there is no on-site restaurant, plan to eat nearby or stock up from local supermarkets for cooking in the hostel kitchen.

For leisure and fitness, a gym and sauna are available for use. The hostel also provides a shared TV lounge and board games for quieter downtime. There is no swimming pool or spa on site.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hostel. Luggage storage can be used after checkout, which is practical for late departures. A laundry room with ironing facilities is also available. The 24-hour front desk, combined with express check-in/out, makes the arrival process efficient within the reception hours. No parking or airport shuttle service is available, and pets are not allowed. The property has 24-hour security, and all rooms and common areas are non-smoking.
