REVOLUTION KHAO SAN BY THE BLISS, Bangkok

The property is a few steps from the main Khao San Road strip, with access to night markets, bars and street food within a two-minute walk. Bangkok National Museum is nine minutes away on foot, the Grand Palace is an 18-minute walk, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is 1 km from the hostel. Public buses stop within a minute's walk, and the canal boat pier is an eight-minute walk, offering a practical way to reach other parts of the city. Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km away; no airport transfer is provided. Arriving by car or taxi can be challenging due to a narrow alley with no direct drop-off point; arriving by motorcycle taxis or on foot is more convenient.

Private rooms come with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Twin rooms offer two single beds. Dorm rooms feature single bunks with privacy curtains, personal reading lights, power sockets, and a mesh storage locker (bring your own lock). The top bunks have limited ceiling clearance. Air conditioning runs around the clock. Bed mattresses in some rooms are described as very firm, and room soundproofing is minimal - music from the on-site nightclub and Khao San Road's nightlife can be heard in many rooms until the early hours. The hostel is adults-only (18-35) and no smoking is allowed inside the building.

A free family dinner is served every evening at the on-site restaurant, with a menu that changes daily and typically features Thai cuisine. The restaurant also serves Thai dishes and some international options (pizza, pasta) throughout the day at reasonable prices. A bar is open 24 hours, and the coffee shop serves espresso-based drinks and snacks. Themed dinner nights are occasionally organised. No outside food or drink is permitted in the bar and restaurant area.

The pool is open daily with a fence for safety and is shaded by a tree. Free pool/beach towels are provided at the bar. A billiard table, foosball table, and board games are available in the common spaces. The hostel organises a free social activity each evening - including games, themed dinner nights, karaoke, and a weekly pub crawl - all designed to help travellers meet each other. Happy hour and DJ sessions take place at the pool bar on select evenings.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, though signal strength can be weak on upper floors. A 24-hour front desk handles late check-ins and lost-and-found. Luggage storage costs 20 THB per day. The shared lounge includes a TV area and outdoor furniture. Lockers in dorms are mesh-style, so a padlock is necessary. The hostel is adults-only (ages 18-35). No parking is available; however, motorbike parking is offered. Payment is cash-only on-site (Visa is accepted via the booking platform, but not in person).
