For airport access, the hotel offers a shuttle for 550 THB from BKK. The location is central to shopping, dining, and nightlife, but the alley itself limits street noise in rooms at the rear.

Rooms come as Superior or Deluxe. Superior rooms have a window but no balcony, while Deluxe rooms feature a balcony and a safe deposit box.
