The hotel sits in the Sathorn district, a central business and entertainment hub. MRT Lumpini (Exit 1) is 350 metres away, giving direct access to the Blue Line for connections to Sukhumvit, the riverside, and Suvarnabhumi Airport via Makkasan station. One Bangkok shopping centre is 350 metres across the road, offering extensive dining, shopping and entertainment. Lumphini Park is 650 metres away, providing a large green space for jogging or relaxation. Numerous street food stalls, 7-Eleven convenience stores, pharmacies, local restaurants and massage shops are within a 2-minute walk. The area is well-served by buses and taxis, though traffic on the main road can be heavy. The airport train transfer via MRT is straightforward, making the location practical for both business and sightseeing trips.

Superior Rooms (16 m2) are basic, solid and located on lower floors (4-6) with city views, ideal for short, budget-conscious stays. Deluxe Rooms (renovated in 2023) offer a more modern feel, larger living space and sit on mid-floors, with a choice of king or twin beds. Deluxe Plus Rooms are on higher floors, similar size, preferred for better views and natural light. Pinnacle Rooms and Suites occupy the top floor (14th), featuring boutique-style decor with warm oriental tones, a separate living area, panoramic city or park views, and extra amenities like bathrobes, slippers and tea/coffee makers. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, safe, electric kettle, minibar, fridge and private bathroom with shower. Some rooms have a bathtub; none have balconies. Standard rooms on lower floors tend to feel dated, with some reports of mould, stained carpets and limited natural light. Traffic noise may be noticeable in rooms facing the main road.

The Gallery restaurant offers an international breakfast buffet with both Western options (omelettes, eggs, bacon, pastries) and Asian dishes (rice, congee, noodles). The spread is considered good value, with fresh fruit, salad, hot items and a live omelette station. Lunch and dinner are not served in the restaurant; however, room service is available for in-room dining. A lobby bar and a poolside bar (on the rooftop) serve drinks and light snacks. Free tea and coffee is available in the lobby from 10:00-15:00. For variety, the immediate area is packed with local street food stalls (within 1 minute), the One Bangkok mall food court (5 minutes) and many independent restaurants serving Thai, international and fast food. Breakfast guests arriving later may find some items running low.

The outdoor swimming pool is open year-round and located on the rooftop (14th floor), with a small pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Sun loungers and towels are provided, but the pool area is compact and some find the surrounding tiles and plants in need of maintenance. The fitness centre (14th floor) has a treadmill, stepper, exercise bike, a multi-purpose machine, mats and exercise balls. The equipment shows signs of wear, with some weights missing and the multi-purpose machine not fully functional. There is no spa, sauna, steam room or jacuzzi. The rooftop deck itself provides a pleasant space for sunbathing and relaxing with a view of the city skyline, particularly towards One Bangkok.

The hotel has 175 rooms and offers free private parking on site, but a reservation is mandatory as space is limited. Free WiFi is available in public areas; in-room WiFi is provided but has been reported as weak or intermittent in some rooms. The 24-hour reception can arrange a paid shuttle service to the airport, though a pick-up service from the airport is not available. Daily housekeeping is provided. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Additional paid services include ironing, meeting/banquet facilities (two multi-purpose rooms with AV equipment) and fax/photocopying. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception. A lift serves all floors, though guests may need to carry luggage up a staircase from street level to the carpark lift. Baby cots are available on request at no extra charge.
