Line 14 provides direct access to the Louvre Museum and Opera Garnier within a few stops. Gare de Lyon is 5 minutes by metro or 15 minutes on foot. Flixbus station is 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. Accor Arena and Palais Omnisport are a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet at night, with a supermarket, cafés and a wide selection of restaurants immediately nearby. The safe neighbourhood and proximity to metro make the hotel practical for exploring central Paris while returning to a calm base.

The hotel offers single, double, twin and triple rooms. Triple rooms have three single beds or a double and a single; families with a cot should book a double room for adequate floor space. Bathrooms are private with a shower, hairdryer and toilet, though the shower cubicle is small - the disabled room offers a larger Italian shower. Rooms are on the smaller side with limited luggage space, so packing light is advisable. Flooring is parquet, and each room includes a safe, heating and a kettle with tea and coffee. Some rooms have a balcony (request in advance; cannot be guaranteed). Air conditioning is centrally controlled. Soundproofing is effective against street noise, but doors and corridor noise can carry.

Breakfast includes a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice and hot beverages. The buffet is restocked during service, though selection may be simpler later in the morning. The hotel has no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the bar is open Monday to Saturday from 17:00 to midnight for drinks and snacks. Coffee and tea-making facilities are provided in each room. For other meals, Bercy Village and the surrounding streets offer a wide range of dining options from sushi to traditional French brasseries and fast food, all within a few minutes' walk.

The fitness room includes a multi-gym machine and free weights, suitable for a basic workout during your stay. Table tennis is also available in the common areas. There is no swimming pool or spa. For outdoor leisure, the nearby Josephine Baker pool (a short walk away) offers swimming with a view over the Seine for a small fee, and the Bercy park is a pleasant area for a walk or jog.

Daily housekeeping is included and towels are replaced each day. The hotel provides a lift to all floors and is wheelchair accessible with adapted rooms, lowered sinks, raised toilets, grab rails, and Braille signage. Business facilities include a business centre, meeting/banquet rooms and fax/photocopying, all at an additional charge. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is available. Parking is limited to 20 spaces (€22/night, no reservation) with a height restriction of 1.90 metres; a parking garage is also available. The hotel can arrange taxi transfers to airports (approximately €65 to CDG) but does not operate a shuttle. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after checkout, but the hotel does not accept luggage for multiple days before arrival.
