The complex sits in a quiet residential pocket immediately off the main pedestrian strip, offering both immediate access to the area's dining, nightlife, and shopping, and a peaceful retreat at night. The beach is a short stroll from the property, and the promenade along the seafront is easily reached on foot. Lanzarote Airport is 15 minutes by taxi (approximately €15-18). Several supermarkets (Spar, Hiperdino) are within a few minutes' walk, making self-catering straightforward. For those driving, on-site parking is available for €8 per day, and street parking can sometimes be found nearby. The central position means most of Puerto del Carmen's attractions, including the old town and the marina, are within easy walking distance.

The accommodation is divided into two main categories: standard apartments, which are basic and functional, and deluxe apartments, which have been fully renovated (completed April 2021) with modern furniture, air conditioning, and in-room Wi-Fi. Deluxe apartments feature a walk-in shower, a separate bathroom, and a pool view, and are located on the first floor. Standard apartments have no air conditioning and no in-room Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi is free in public areas only). Bed configurations vary: some apartments offer a double bed, others have two single beds that can be pushed together; guests can request their preference when booking. All apartments include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, plus a dining area and a flat-screen TV with English channels. Many rooms have a balcony or terrace, and ground-floor apartments with a sunny terrace are available by request. The living areas are spacious, and a two-bedroom apartment offers extra space but the same facilities as a one-bedroom. Note that two-bedroom standard apartments are not renovated and do not have air conditioning. Daily cleaning is provided, and a safe is available in each apartment.

There is no full restaurant at the complex. The poolside bar, open daily from 09:00 to 18:30, offers a selection of drinks, cocktails, beer, and bar food including wraps and snacks-a convenient option for lunch or an afternoon drink. A snack bar is also available. For a wider choice, the main strip is moments away, offering a broad range of restaurants from casual eateries to more formal dining. Nearby options include The Good Old Days Bar & Kitchen, Vulcano restaurant, El Bodegon de Luan, and El Kiosko, all within a 5-minute walk. Several cafés and takeaway spots are also within easy reach. Guests who prefer to cook can use the fully equipped kitchenette in each apartment; nearby supermarkets make grocery shopping simple.

The outdoor pool is a key feature, heated from November until early June, making it usable even in cooler months. It is open all year, with sun loungers and a pool bar for drinks and snacks. There is also an open-air bath, a solarium, and a public bath, all free of charge. For sports and activities, the complex has a billiard table (snooker), and diving and golf are available nearby at an additional cost. An aqua park is also within a short drive. Beach access is just metres away, and the property provides sun loungers and outdoor furniture on the terrace and garden. The pool area is described as quiet and relaxing, though sunbed reservations with towels in the early morning can be a minor frustration. A shower room near the pool is available for use after check-out.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas; deluxe apartments include in-room Wi-Fi. A reception desk is staffed from 09:00 to 19:30, and private check-in/check-out is available. For arrivals after 19:30, a key lockbox system is used-the code is provided three days before arrival. Luggage storage is free of charge, and there is a shower by the pool for use on departure day. Daily cleaning and towel changes are provided (every second day in some apartments). Laundry services are available for an additional fee. A tour desk can help arrange excursions and bicycle rental (extra charge). The complex is secured with a locked front door at night, and fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and safety deposit boxes are provided. Family-friendly services include cots and babysitting/child services (extra charge). Accessible apartments are available, including ground-floor units suitable for wheelchair users.
