The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, safe for evening strolls, and provides easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The Sun Trolley and Circuit ride-share stop nearby, and the water taxi is a few blocks away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a 15-minute drive, and the cruise port is about 15-20 minutes by car. Street parking is available, and Breakers Avenue offers numerous dining and shopping options.

Room types available: Studio Queen, Studio King, Deluxe Studio King, One-Bedroom King, and an ADA-compliant Studio King with a queen bed. All rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, and a safe. Select units have a full kitchen or kitchenette with stovetop and cookware. Some rooms are recently renovated, spacious, and clean, though some may feel compact. Road-facing rooms may have some street noise. There is no balcony. The ADA room has specific dimensions: entrance door width 29 in with a 6-in step, bathroom door 27.5 in, toilet height 17 in with a rear grab bar, and pathways are unobstructed except for a 0.6 m vertical rise at the entrance gate.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant. Nearby Breakers Avenue provides several choices: Village Café (American fusion, breakfast/lunch/dinner), Wine & Garden (Italian-inspired food and boutique wines in a garden setting), La Villa Tapas Bar (Spanish tapas), Archibald's Village Bakery (light fare, pastries, and coffee), and The Grateful Juice Bar (organic açai bowls, smoothies, and toasts).
