The property is also within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Parking is provided free on site, though the lot is small and requires careful maneuvering. For guests without a car, the location is ideal, as everything is within walking distance.

Accommodation ranges from small double and twin rooms to larger apartments with full kitchens and separate bedrooms. All rooms include a private bathroom with tub or shower, air conditioning, cable TV, a small refrigerator, and carpeted floors. No coffee pots are provided, but coffee is available in the lobby each morning. Rooms are generally compact, especially the standard double-bed units, and some suffer from thin walls and gaps under doors that allow sound and light to pass. The property has no elevator - all rooms are up at least one flight of stairs, and some require two flights. Cleanliness is inconsistent; while some guests find rooms clean, others report issues with carpets, mold, and pests. Balconies are not private, but a shared oceanfront porch is available for all guests.
