No airport shuttle is provided, but public buses, taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available from the airport. The hotel's parking garage is on-site (3rd and Carson) and costs $5 per day, waived with a free Players Club card. The location is ideal for exploring downtown nightlife and dining, but note that Fremont Street can be very loud until early morning.

North Tower rooms are closer to Fremont Street and can be noisy, while South Tower rooms are set back and quieter. South Tower premium rooms have been recently renovated and feature modern walk-in showers, upgraded linens, and a mini-fridge. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable, a coffee maker, a safe, ironing facilities, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. No balconies; windows do not open fully. Adjoining rooms are available on request. Smoking rooms are on the top four floors; non-smoking rooms are also available. For a quieter stay, request a room away from Fremont Street. Some rooms are dated, particularly in the North Tower, but cleanliness is generally maintained.

Magnolia's Veranda serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner around the clock, offering American comfort food. Chicago Brewing Company and Cigar Lounge provides craft beer, snacks, and entrees in a relaxed setting. Hugo's Cellar is a fine-dining steakhouse that requires advance reservations. There is no buffet or room service. The hotel does not offer a free breakfast, but Magnolia's has a breakfast menu. A coupon book for on-site dining may be available for direct bookings. Several other restaurants and fast-food options are within a 0.5 km walk, including McDonald's and Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse.

The pool is located on the 25th floor and offers city views. It is open Wed-Sun from 10 AM to 6 PM when in season. There is no hot tub or spa. A fitness centre is available on-site.
