The property occupies a prime position at the quieter northern end of the Boardwalk, giving easy beach access with less foot traffic than the central strip. Ocean City Convention Center and Jolly Roger Amusement Park are both 2 km away. Within a 5-minute walk you'll find Jonah & The Whale Seafood, 28th Street Pit and Pub, Coins Pub & Restaurant, and Mother's Cantina among many others. The Boardwalk tram stop is nearby, and many restaurants, stores, and entertainment options are within easy walking distance.

Standard rooms measure roughly 4 m² and include a refrigerator and microwave, while efficiency rooms are about 4 m² and add a full stove and oven, allowing self-catering. All units have a private bathroom with tub/shower, cable TV, and air conditioning. The U-shaped building places ocean-facing balconies on the north and south sides; south-side rooms are closer to the restaurant and pool bar. Most rooms have balconies (except for the king suites). Rooms are older and basic in decor, and the property has one small service elevator. Due to the building's layout and acoustics, rooms on the north side are farther from the elevator.

The hotel does not provide breakfast. Morning coffee, tea, and fruit are available for guests. For a full breakfast, Happy Jack's Pancake House is located directly across the street. In the evening, Jonah & the Whale Seafood offers all-you-can-eat seafood dinners on-site (open in season). The poolside bar, Rip Tide Bar & Grill, serves lunch and drinks daily from 11am, weather permitting, and often features live weekend music. A vending machine for snacks and drinks is also on the property. The surrounding area offers over a dozen other restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The seasonal indoor pool (heated) is open 24 hours during the hotel's operating period (April-October). The outdoor pool features a shallow end, sun loungers, poolside bar, and is available weather permitting from May onward. The hot tub is also available for use (subject to local health guidelines). For families, the courtyard includes a pirate-ship-themed play area with a sandbox, picnic tables, and complimentary propane grills. Additional leisure facilities include billiards, a games room with arcade machines, and bicycle rental (at an extra charge). The hotel is at the quieter northern end of the Boardwalk, so evening noise from the bar area generally stops by 10pm.

Parking is provided free of charge across three lots: two adjacent to the building and one a block away. One space per room is guaranteed; additional vehicles can use free street parking. There are four designated motorcycle spots and four first-come, first-served accessible parking spaces. A fitness centre and laundry facilities (complimentary detergent available at reception) are on site. The front desk operates 24 hours and offers safety deposit boxes, luggage carts (one small elevator), and check-in from 15:00. Arriving early? You can park and use the beach until check-in time.
