LA QUINTA BY WYNDHAM DALLAS I-35 WALNUT HILL LN, Oldham

The hotel sits directly off I-35, providing easy highway access for car-based travel to downtown Dallas, the Dallas World Aquarium, and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (within 15 minutes by car). Dallas Love Field Airport is 13 km away. The immediate area includes a mix of commercial and residential zoning; practical car access is essential for moving around, as nearby dining and entertainment are not within comfortable walking distance. Some visitors have noted that the neighbourhood feels less secure after dark, so arriving by car and using the free on-site parking is recommended.

Room types include double rooms, suites, and quadruple rooms. The spacious double room offers pool views, a seating area, and two beds. All rooms are non-smoking and feature air conditioning, heating, carpeted floors, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. Room quality can vary; some units have been reported as clean and comfortable with good beds, while others have noted issues with cleanliness, worn furniture, or maintenance. Noise from neighbouring rooms and external doors may affect sleep quality, especially on lower floors. Road-facing rooms on lower floors are more exposed to highway noise.

Free on-site parking is available but reservations are not possible - spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. WiFi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with early check-in, express check-in/check-out, and luggage storage. A business centre with fax/photocopying is available. Laundry facilities are on site (coin-operated). Vending machines for drinks and snacks are located in the lobby. The property is equipped with a lift, facilities for disabled guests, and key card access. Security features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
