Free limited on-site parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis, but spaces fill quickly; street parking is scarce. The immediate neighbourhood is lively, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within a few blocks, while landmarks such as the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Barclays Center are within 1-3 km. Airports are a 20- to 25-minute drive by car; note that no airport shuttle is offered. Early-morning construction adjacent to the property and occasional noise from the neighbouring U-Haul facility can affect lower-floor and street-facing rooms.

Accommodations range from Signature Collection King and Double rooms to Deluxe variants with terraces. The Signature Collection Deluxe King Terrace Manhattan View offers a private balcony with skyline views. Family rooms are available. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a safe, and a hairdryer. Bathrooms include either a bath or a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Beds are available in king or double sizes; some rooms have two double beds instead of a king. Mattress comfort and pillow quality vary: some mattresses are well-supported while others are hard or lumpy. Bedding can be thin and is not always replaced between stays. Soundproofing varies: lower-floor rooms and those facing the street are more exposed to construction and road noise. Top-floor rooms with terraces generally offer better quiet and views. Some rooms have been recently renovated; others show wear. All rooms are non-smoking. Housekeeping is not automatic and must be requested at the front desk.
