The hotel is at the heart of London's West End, set within 200 metres of the Arts Theatre and 300 metres of Prince of Wales Theatre. Charing Cross Road and Shaftesbury Avenue are a 3-minute walk away. The nearest underground station, Leicester Square, is virtually opposite, providing direct access to the Piccadilly and Northern lines. London City Airport is 12 km away. The area is packed with restaurants, theatres and shops - Chinatown and Covent Garden are literally on the doorstep, making it ideal for theatre-goers and visitors wanting to explore central London on foot. Road noise is minimal thanks to soundproofed rooms.

Room types include Double, Superior, Deluxe Double, Nest, and PAD. All rooms feature a standard double bed (no twin or queen beds available) - the PAD rooms have a pull-out sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 adults. The rooms are compact: Deluxe Double rooms have a bed pushed against the wall, leaving limited floor space. Superior rooms are larger and guaranteed to have a window. Windowless rooms exist and are not recommended for longer stays or those with claustrophobia, as the ventilation fan in the bathroom runs constantly and cannot be turned off. Rooms with windows vary - Nest and Superior rooms have larger windows, while some standard double rooms have small windows that cannot be opened. Air conditioning is efficient, and soundproofing keeps traffic noise out, but noise from adjacent rooms and the rooftop bar (music until late) can be heard in some rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtubs), a hairdryer, and free toiletries. There is no wardrobe - only a hanging rail and a couple of small drawers. Tea/coffee making facilities are not provided. The lighting system is all-or-nothing: bedside lamps cannot be turned on independently of the main light.

The hotel's rooftop venue, Miradora Rooftop, is open daily. Breakfast is served here (available for a charge), offering a continental buffet plus hot items such as fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes and sausages. Dinner is served from 4pm, with a snack bar and wine/champagne available. The restaurant and bar close at 11pm on weekdays. It's advisable to book a table, especially for dinner, as the bar requires reservations even for hotel guests wanting a seat - the rooftop is also open to the public and gets busy. On Christmas Day the restaurant is closed. For lighter options, the surrounding area is packed with restaurants - J Sheekey, Heliot Steak House, Five Guys and many more are within a 5-minute walk.
